Customers must create their graphic design on the Original Wraps consumer website, www.chevroletgraphics.com. Once the order has been created, an “Order Summary” will be provided for the customer to take to their dealer. This Order Summary page contains a unique Design Code and Part number that will be required when the Dealer places an order with Original Wraps.

Dealers must have the Order Summary from the Original Wraps website in order to process the order.
1. Log into www.chevroletgraphics.com/dealer
2. Click “How To Order”

 

3. Select “Order Graphics”

 

4. Select “Order As A Dealer”

 

5. Using the “Order Summary” provided by the consumer, enter the “Design Code”. Instructions on locating the design code are also found on this page.

6. The design has now been added to your “Shopping Cart”.
7. To add more designs for this customer, click “Continue Shopping”
8. When all designs are added to the Shopping Cart, click “Order”.

 

9. Enter required information into the “Order Confirmation” box. An email will be sent to the address entered with a confirmation stating the order had been placed.

 

10. Log into GM GlobalConnect, from the “Part Order Processing” section, click “Create Parts Order”.

11. Enter the Design Code provided on the Order Summary or Order Confirmation page in the “Control Number” field.
12. Enter the “Part Number” and “Quantity” provided on the Order Summary or Order Confirmation page.
13. Continue to process order as normal, print and save order confirmation page for your records.

Where can we get the Chevrolet graphics installed?

What are the custom graphics for Chevrolet made of?
The custom graphics are made using 3M products. Our graphics are printed on 3M vinyl and laminated for protection. This premium quality vinyl is the same material used for premium full wrap vehicle graphics. Chevrolet Graphics is able to control quality by doing all production in-house.

Will the vinyl graphic damage the vehicle?
Our wraps will not damage your vehicles paint. However, if applying after a new paint job you should wait at least 6 weeks before applying the vinyl.

How does the dealership or the customer care for the graphics once they are installed onto the vehicle?
This is a vinyl product and should be cleaned and conditioned during your routine washing. Avoid car washes that use brushes or high pressure. We recommend hand washing. Any abrasives, oils and petroleum distillates should not be used on vinyl. Waxes should never be used on vinyl. Most waxes contain petroleum distillates, and because wax is a build-up product. It holds in the heat absorbed from the sun and accelerates heat damage.

Do the colors of the graphics on the website match exactly the color of the vinyl that will be received?
In most cases you will not see a difference. However, the images on the website are representations of our products. Because of the wide array of monitors and monitor settings we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors that are depicted on the websites.

How long will the wraps last on the vehicle?
The graphics are designed to be replaceable, but they will last anywhere from 3-5 years. They come with a 3 year 36,000 mile Warranty.

Will the vinyl leave a residue when graphics are removed?
It will not leave any residue. However, if you are putting it on an antique paint job you should test a discreet area to make sure that any surface oxidation doesn't leave a residue from the vinyl adhesive.

We work in a very sunny and hot climate; will the graphics fade in these conditions?
All of our designs are covered with a clear over laminate. This material adds durability to the product and lessens the effects of UV light on the material. However, there are many variables involved such as where the vehicle is parked, if it is washed regularly, and was it installed properly. 3M provides warranty information on their materials against fading and cracking when the application is performed within their specification.

What is your return policy?
Original Wraps makes every effort to satisfy our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Chevrolet Graphics purchase we will replace the graphic within the first 14 days from your order date. In order to replace a product, graphics must be in its original state with its original backing. Graphics that have been removed from the backing or installed cannot be replaced. If the replacement graphic is a higher retail price, the customer will be charged the difference. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any products, because every order is custom created and printed specifically for you. The replacement process will begin once your graphic is received by Original Wraps and could take up to two weeks to complete and reship.
